BIO-HAZARD Halloween Party theme - Cocktails / Alcoholic DRINK IDEAS - free printable tag - Adult parties

Halloween party theme this year was Bio-Hazard /Toxic Waste / Zombie Apocalypse. 

My parties usually revolve around the drink station as the "centerpiece" and I changed the theme every year. Last year I made a LIQ-or-TREAT stone wall.

If you are throwing a similar party, I've included the free downloadable drink tags. Hopefully you get some inspiration. If you have any questions, just ask!

Here's what I served.

Sangria in IV blood bags. These are a party favorite. I make them every year. 

I found the bags on Amazon and it comes with a syringe to fill the bags.

Remove fruit from sangria and fill.

I usually make the sangria the day before the party. 

Jello shots!!!! 

I label every flavor and usually make a ton. IF I have leftovers, I'll hand them out to the adults on Halloween. They deserve a "treat" too!

Lemon Drop in urine sample cups.

Also another party favorite. We always joke that we serve our urine chilled. Lol. 

I thought I was buying 25 urine sample cups but it was actually 250 so I'll be serving these for the next few parties. 

DRINK:

2 cups vodka

1/3 cup triple sec

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cup super fine sugar

Appletini in IV bags and test tubes.

I had leftover blood bags so I filled some and added the biohazard tag.

I cheat and use my Keurig to make the appletini mix and chilled in the fridge. Then just add vodka.

Beer!! 

You can't go wrong with beer. 

For non-alcoholic drinks 

Water and lemonade

Water 

I made labels that said no contaminants and clear for consumption.

Lemonade

Served in a rusty toxic waste barrel I made.

SUPER quick Mother's Day Flower Tag - FREE printable - ADD to flowers - IDEA/GIFT - special touch

Need a last minute Mother's Day tag??? These are a great way to add a little special note that will make Mom say, "Awwwe!"

CRAPPY CUPCAKES - DOG POO birthday treat - funny- friends/co-workers/family FAKE FUN- looks real

So much fun! Great laugh and a funny way to add to a birthday. 

YOU'RE THE SH*T CUPCAKES!

This is one of the funniest gag gifts that is really sweet too. Sweet as in "awwwwe" and sweet as in "yummm" LOL. Keep reading, you'll see. :)

So I originally made these crappy cupcakes for our ANNUAL HALLOWEEN PARTY and they were a huge hit. Also would be great for APRIL FOOLS DAY prank!

All night I kept saying, "Try my crappy cupcakes" "They look like crap." Oh the fun once people looked at what I was talking about. 

Back to my gag cupcakes....

Since the party I've tweaked the doo doo recipe to make it look a little more real.

If you are not making your own chocolate icing I recommend this store bought icing. It's a little more thick.

I bought 2 king size recess peanut butter cups packages (8 cups) and took the edges off (hard part) and kept the peanut butter and soft, thin chocolate. This gives the dookie a lumpy/chunky look and the peanut butter drags through it making the different shades of poop. Ha! 

See? Eeeewww. 

I used a large freezer/storage ziplock bag with one corner cut off to apply the dog dung. 

For the flies I melted some chocolate candy melts and made little ovals. Before they were dry I used sprinkles for the eyes. For the birthday cupcakes I used pink "eyes" and for Halloween I used yellow.

The wings are made from cutting mini marshmallows in half. They stick pretty well so I add them after the chocolate is dry. 

NOW FOR THE SWEET PART..somewhat sweet :)

The tag on the top of the cupcakes says, "You're the sh*t" but inside....

Under each cupcake has qualities that make them awesome. Kind, loving, thoughtful, funny, caring, amazing...etc. 

So at first it's "WHAT!?" then, "GROSS!" ((but laughing)) and finally, "AWWWW!" 

I had other presents and this made a nice addition and a good laugh to the birthday surprise.

CRAZY week of spoiling teachers - Gifts/Treats for Teacher Appreciation week - GREAT ideas and FREE downloadables/printables

First, sorry for all the pictures and links. ((most are repeats with a few new downloadable tags))

I can't tell you how much I love Teacher Appreciation Week!!! 15 minutes in a class of 20 kindergartners and I immediately had a new found respect for ALL teachers! The amazing patience and multi-taskin' involved is incredible. {{bowing to your awesomeness}} :)

Last week was crazy busy and I only had time to post a few awful pics on fbook to show what was going on. Most of them are repeats that are posted on this blog already. I just did a post linking a bunch of my Favorite Teacher Appreciation Ideas with free printables. I changed a few up this year and added the new design to download on this post below.


Our elementary had a theme each day. Super easy and optional but since we already had our gifts planned some days he brought two things. The middle school he just brought our planned gifts.

MONDAY

I made a new "sparkle" tag this year. You can download last years HERE.

My little guy trying to carry everything. Lanyards on his arm and two flower bouquets in the bag and holding one. He was a champ despite his expression. That is because I ALWAYS say "just one more pic" and it's usually about 10 more. :/

TUESDAY

For the elementary the theme was "Tootie Fruitie Tuesday"

Last year I bought these but couldn't find them this year. It worked out because I made my own and they were less expensive by a lot!

I did the same tag for the tea as last year but added a back and two more tea bags. Total of three for each.

 The boys gave these to ALL the teachers the boys see. Librarian, P.E., Art, Music, Math Club, etc. and main teachers. We made a TON of these.

WEDNESDAY

The theme was "Forget-Me-Not Wednesday" Send a photo or drawing so your teacher can for-get-you-not! This was what we did. Turned out so cute. White piece of paper and add the text later. 

Put on cardstock paper and TA-DA!!!

The boys also gave EVERY teacher one of these. 

Chocolate dipped oreos on a stick!!! PLUS a cute little tag (with matching sprinkles border) that you can download for FREE!!!

THURSDAY
Okay, I'm not going to lie....THIS DAY WAS LOOOONG!!! I also happened to work a 9hr day and came straight home to bake. and bake. Oh, and bake.

The elementary theme was "Thank You Thursday" but since we did a card for Wednesday he only brought muffins.

I wish I could capture how awesome these glitter cardstock paper looked. WOW! Just imagine super glittery. 

There's "muffin" like a great teacher theme and mini muffins and recycling or upcycling egg cartons with personalized tags. 

I even printed out recipe cards and instructions in case they wanted to make them later. 

AND I also volunteered for the middle school "BAKE SHOP" so every teacher could take a treat home that day.

The teacher that headed it told my son that our cake was gone in 2.5 seconds. :) It was the item to get. Now that makes it all worth it!!!

FRIDAY
The theme was "Snack Basket Friday" but because Thursday was so crazy we went simple. Very simple.  I'm sure they received every sugary thing you could think of and they were probably done by Friday. Just something little to show we appreciated them.

I made these cute little personalized tags to match the color of the rock candy. 

I didn't get a finished picture with the tags but they were attached at the top near the bow. 

BTW, Friday was a field trip day and we did STUNTS!!! 

Here is my son jumping 20ft!!! They did several stunts, explosions, fireworks, foam spray, and so much more. It was awesome!

Moms can have fun too!

WHEW! What a week!

I really hope they enjoyed everything. I enjoyed making or help make all the gifts and the boys felt like super stars delivering them. 

Now to plan for the end of the year gift and it's only THREE weeks away. CRAZY!!!
