FREE printable - There's "MUFFIN" like a great teacher- THANK YOU - appreciation week gift idea - recycle/reuse

There's "muffin" like a great teacher theme and mini muffins and recycling or upcycling or reusing egg cartons with personalized tags. Whew! Got it!?

I love homemade goodies and these are a definite repeat teacher appreciation gift from over the years. I always personalize the tags for our school or the specific teacher but since I'm awesome (kidding,) I made tags just for YOU!!!!!! Yay!

The best part is the tags can go on homemade, store bought, large, jumbo, or mini muffins! They say, "There's "muffin" like a great teacher!"  See below for the FREE DOWNLOAD.

Healthy banana chocolate chip muffins...yum!

Individually wrapped. Yes, it's a pain and yes, very tedious. Oh but look how cute!

I wish I could capture how awesome these glitter scrapbook/cardstock paper looked. WOW! Just imagine super glittery.

Egg carton spray painted and halved. More details on THIS post.

I made a template of the egg carton size and traced.

Trimmed, cut in half and rounded edges.

Eeeee! They look so cute already.

Used my favorite punch 1 7/16 scalloped lever punch by recollections (purchased at Michael's) and added personalized tags and the to:'s and from:'s

Add muffins and DONE!!!!

I would like to say this is quick and easy but it's not. Takes a lot of little details. I plan ahead and maybe store bought muffin's might make it easier.

I even printed out recipe cards and instructions in case they wanted to make them later.

Now the FREE downloadable tag you can print!

It's sized as a 4x6 photo print. Send to a 1hr photo lab or print at home.

DIY Mother's Day GIFT IDEA - Homemade - Fingerprint Fun! Quick, easy, inexpensive and fun CRAFT for the KIDS!

This was hands down fingers down one of my boys favorite projects/gifts to make. My favorite because it's personalized and SUPER inexpensive to create.

They decorated a birdhouse but just paper for a homemade card, flower pot, coffee mug, etc.

Perfect for Mother's Day, Birthdays, Teacher Appreciation, Christmas or just a fun surprise!

What you need:
fingers
ink pad (or paint)
permanent (fine tip) marker
spray sealer (especially if it's going outdoors)
something to fingerprint on :)

TIP!!!!!
Busy fingers having fun creating sometimes forget to wipe or wash fingers when changing colors. Keep wet wipes handy, this will save your ink pad.

Poor ink pad :/ It's actually my reminder to remind the boys to remember before switching colors. :)

FROG- two thumb prints sideways
BEE- one index fingerprint
BUG- two tips of index or middle fingerprints
FLOWER- six index fingerprints and one tip of index or middle finger

SPIDER- one index fingerprint sideways

LADYBUG- one index fingerprint

I usually buy whatever sealer is on sale but I like how quick this one dried.

Fingerprint projects can be on anything!

The pot was a teacher appreciation gift and all the fingerprints were done by the class. She LOVED it!

EARTH DAY chocolate globes & FREE bag toppers - printable tags - Class Gift IDEA - Candy Party Favor

Happy Earth Day!!!
I couldn't decide on a design for the bag toppers and had to edit and re-edit so here I am writing this really really late on Earth Day Eve on Earth Day because I didn't finish the post until now.

Anyway, the boys love to recycle and wanted to hand something out to their class to remind people of the three R's.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

I ordered these super cute chocolate globes and they look better in person.

We originally planned to put a few in each bag but then the boys said, "Why not one? We just have one Earth." SMART! ....ummmm....I mean, I planned that all along with the symbolism and stuff with just one. Only earth we have. Totally my idea...totally. :)

Finally decided on a tag. Once cut to size I folded in half.

3"x 4" bag

Printed, cut down to size, and double sided tape to attach tags.

SO CUTE!

On the back I put From: and their name.

This is why I couldn't decide. I love the tree but after printing I thought it was too girly for my boys to hand out. They ended up giving these to the teachers and the other design to the class.

Here is the FREE downloadable tag. No date so it can be used every Earth Day and put it on anything.

4x6 size but graphic fits a 3"x4" bag shown above. You can print at home or send to a 1hr photo lab. Trim excess white from sides and bottom. Fold and attach.

HAPPY EARTH DAY!

COOKIE printable tag - Teacher Appreciation Week Idea/Gift - THANKS - Quick, Easy, Inexpensive - Fun for the kids

I know....dipped oreos AGAIN! I told you, they are not only addictive to eat but to make as well. So easy and presentation wise they look amazing. I can dip a hundred of these in no time.

LOOK!!! I matched the sprinkles with the tags. {{Squeal}} That's my happy squeal which I think sounds more like a high pitch long E. Usually my hands fly around or up and I look crazy. I'm a bad hand talker as it is and when you get my squeal it all gets bigger.

Last year we handed these out to EVERY teacher!

Chocolate dipped oreos on a stick!!! PLUS a cute little tag (with matching sprinkles border) that you can download for FREE!!!

Double triple punch out - Lever punch with scallop edges and hole punch top and bottom.

These are smaller tags. If you need a larger tag (looks different) you can download last years FREE LARGER TAG HERE

These would also be great for an end of the year gift.
