Box full of hugs and kisses - care package idea - great for birthdays or just a "thinking of you" surprise - heart filled gift

I love sending little care packages. I found these monogram boxes at Michael's a while back. I decided these would be cute for my Mom, MIL, and all my aunts for their birthdays or Mother's day. I only have one aunt left that I'll mail later this year.

Sending the box filled with hugs & kisses.
I've actually mailed packages with Hershey's hugs and kisses but it's too hot now.

I used neon paper and matching Sharpie markers.

I used two pieces of paper at a time and cut hearts with a heart shaped lever punch.

I'm not sure how many hearts but 8 pieces of paper (2 of each color) filled two small boxes.

I used the matching Sharpie to write HUG and KISS on the hearts.

I folded two at a time and separated before putting in the box.

I sent this one earlier this year.
Box with a personalized 3D printed keychain.

I used pastel paper for this one.

I've also sent just the hearts (and cash) as a little "Sending some love" surprise.

Send a ball in the mail - fun summer "thinking of you" idea - Hope you have a BALL this summer - USPS

I love this idea and so did everyone that received it! Such a fun and unexpected mail delivery.
It was super easy and no label needed.

UPDATE: 2 of the 3 balls arrived. One had a texture and I think the postage fell off.  I lost tracking a couple days after it was mailed. The other two were smooth plastic balls and arrived perfectly!

I wrote "Hope you have a BALL this summer!" on each ball with black Sharpie.

Just above it I wrote the address directly on the ball. No sticker or label.

Brought them to the post office and they didn't even seem surprised I wanted to mail a ball. Most of the people in line were interested though.

The hardest part was getting the ball to balance on the scale.

Cost about $4.80 to mail. Kinda pricey compared to what the ball cost but such a fun idea.  I would definitely do it again.

St. Patrick's Day CARE PACKAGE ideas - GREEN theme box - Lucky Shamrocks - Great idea for military, college kids, or long distance family or friends

This is a little "thinking about you" package for St. Patrick's Day.
I was going to send a package to cheer her up but it's so close to St. Patrick's Day so instead it's a box of luck.

Snacks, lime chapstick, and St. Patrick's Day necklace.

I printed shamrocks and green bought scrapbook paper.

The box is mostly snacks so I wanted one small gift. I found this pretty green beaded bracelet at Michael's. Since everyone knows I love Michael's I now have friends bringing me their coupons. Yippee!

Medium size priority box with scrapbook paper attached with double sided tape.

Attached shamrocks with double sided tape on the box flaps and one inside the box.

I didn't have time to print something so I added a little handwritten note.

I used the pieces I trimmed off to make a little paper bow.

For my birthday I had these green poofs on my desk. I used one for packing material in the box. :)
