6 Easy PARTY FOODS and SUPER FUN drink idea! Great for parties or GNO!

I made these for GNO but great for any party or get together. I wanted some super easy but very limited on time with only a little over an hour to get food done, house ready and dressed. YIKES! This is what I made and only prepped and baked one!!!

I put everything on the center tray that needed to be cold. I made it first and refrigerated. It was also put out last just before guests arrived. Perfect! Btw, the appetizer tray is from Pier 1.

1. Bacon, Cream Cheese Pinwheels (yum!)
I put this together the night before and put in the freezer. First thing I did when I got home was set it out on the counter to thaw enough to slice.

1 package of crescent roll dough
1 tub of cream cheese
1 package of precooked bacon (not bacon bits)

I used one package of bacon for two rolls or one super bacon-ie roll :)

Roll out dough on wax paper. Spread cream cheese and sprinkle with bacon pieces. Start to roll the long side until completely rolled up. Wrap in wax paper and freeze. If you are cooking it right away still put it in the freezer for easier slicing. Cut into 1/2 inch slices or even a little thinner. I think mine made about 25.

Bake according to directions on crescent roll package. I did 350 degrees for 15 mins just to make sure they were cooked all the way.

2. Shrimp Cocktail

1 tray of frozen shrimp and cocktail sauce. Thaw in the fridge the night before. DONE!!! See!? I said easy :)

3. Veggies and Dip (or chips and dip)

Mixed veggies. I bought sugar snap peas, baby carrots, zucchini, cucumber, red pepper
Ranch dressing or whatever dip you want

Sliced veggies into sticks and cucumber circle slices to hang on the side of the little cups.

4. Oil and Bread

Olive oil  mixed with dried Italian seasoning and fresh parmesan cheese. HEB has a couple bread dippers in the spice section that are awesome. Tear or cut up fresh french bread from the bakery for dipping.  EASY!!!

5. Fluffy Cheesecake (NO BAKE)

Sounds hard but super easy and  a cute display item on my tray.  SUCH A HUGE HIT!! This could be prepped the night before but I didn't think about it until that day.

1 package (4oz) instant pudding - White chocolate or french vanilla
1 pkg dessert whip topping
1 1/4 cup of cold milk
1 block of cream cheese (soften)
1 graham cracker pie crust

Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Then add remaining milk and instant pudding mix and beat until blended. Fold in 1/2 whip topping just until mixed.

Spoon into graham cracker pie crust. I covered the top with the remaining whip topping. The pie is better if it can sit 4-8 hrs but I served an 1 1/2 later and it was delicious!!!

The mini fluffy cheesecakes were sprinkled with crushed graham cracker and a little whip topping.

I made a big pie too!
NOTE: If making a pie adjust the milk. Use only 3/4 cup milk total. Start with 1/4 C to mix with cream cheese until smooth. 1/2 C milk and pudding. Mix well. Fold in 1/2 whip topping.

Halloween and Thanksgiving I made these in shot glasses.

6. Cream Cheese and Red Pepper Raspberry Chipolte Sauce with Crackers

1 pkg of cream cheese (block)
1 bottle of  red pepper raspberry chipolte sauce
1 box of crackers

Place square of cream cheese on a plate and cover with sauce. Add crackers around it or on a separate plate. EASY!!!

DRINK!!!

OMG!!! Love the drink and love the name! I know it by Pink Panties but someone told me it's called Pink Poodle too. Thought that might be a better name for the post. :)

Pink Panties or Pink Poodle

6oz Rum or Vodka ( I used vodka)
1 pkg of dessert whip topping (use only half in the mix)
1 pkg of frozen pink lemonade
2/3 ice

Blend lemonade, vodka, and ice. Then stir in 1/2 pkg of the whip topping. Then blend again to get any chunks out. If the whip topping is thawed you won't have any chunks. I serve and put blender in the freeze until refills are needed. For our HALLOWEEN PARTY I filled several plastic cups and placed in the freezer so people could just grab a new one. I also added some green food color and called them Dirty Panties. LOL!

Top with remaining whip cream.

AMAZING!! Every time I make this it's always the talk of the night.

Would love any other ideas! What do you make?

Thank you for stopping by!
