What's for dinner!? EASY PEASY Chicken Pot Pie

I normally don't post dinner stuff but I've told a few friends about this and everyone LOVES it! We had it for dinner tonight! Longer cook time then I like but so few ingredients and easy to throw together.
You can make it even easier...read below!

So good!!

2 cups cooked chicken, bite size pieces
2 (10 1/2 oz) cans of Cream of Potato soup
16 oz or so of mixed veggie can or frozen
Pie Crust (it comes two in a package. Top and bottom)
Salt and Pepper

Pie crust found at our HEB on the wall with yogurts, cottage cheese, and cream cheese next to the uncooked tortillas. It's cold but not frozen.

Two cans of Cream of Potato soup

Can of Peas and Carrots (I choose the ones that look like they do in pot pies) and I added corn. (DRAINED)
I boiled my chicken in broth until cooked and cut into bite size pieces

 **MAKE IT EASIER**
Just pick up a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and pull apart into bite size pieces. One less step if you are in a rush.

Mix together (chicken, veggies, soup and salt and pepper to taste)

Add bottom crust (I used a 9 inch baking dish) and filled. Added a little more salt and pepper to the top

Rolled out top crust and pinch edges or just fold over the edge of the dish

375 degrees for 45-60 mins

Thanks for stopping by!
