I found all these cute bling desk/office supplies on clearance at Micheal's last year. Prices ranged between $.75 to $1.75. WHAT A DEAL!!! I ended up going to every store in the city buying everything they had. :)

Found them in pink and purple.

Wal-Mart or Dollar Tree will have inexpensive office supplies that will work perfect.

Supplies:
Ceramic pots
Floral foam
Dowels
 Hot glue
Double sided tape
Shredded paper
Ribbon (optional)
Office supplies - pen, ruler, stapler, and calculator

I spray painted the pots black and another coat with glitter spay. Then hot glued the floral foam to the bottom of the pot.

Hot glued dowels to back of the packaging and measured for size. Cut dowels down if needed.

Ribbon around the pot and a dab of hot glue to secure in place. Used shredded paper to cover the floral foam and dowels.

Used double sided tape to attach tags.

  3. I am a principal in Nevada and have been at the same school for six years. I was truly running out of creative ideas and thought I was going to have to start recycling :(. Although the cake one is a bit out of my league (100 teachers), part 2 is awesome....who doesn't love office supplies! I will send you a pict of how they turn out. Thank you for the inspiration! BTW our school colors are black and red too!
