NO BAKE - THANKSGIVING mini desserts! Fluffy PUMPKIN SPICE cheesecake - SUPER easy!

OH MY these are good!!!!! I was going to just color my original recipe orange to fit the Thanksgiving theme until I found PUMPKIN SPICE jello!!!!! I did a trial run to see if they taste as good as my french vanilla and everyone LOVED them! Making these for Thanksgiving for sure now!

Yummm!!!

1 1/4 cups of milk (we drink Almond milk and it works the same)

1 block of cream cheese (softened)

1 pkg of french vanilla pudding mix

2 tubs of whip cream 

1 pkg graham crackers

2oz plastic shot glasses or one 9 inch graham cracker crust

PUMPKIN SPICE!!! I found this at Wal-Mart. I looked at Randalls, Target and HEB and they don't carry it.

Layered and topped with a pumpkin spice hershey kiss. If you can't find them the carmel has the same color kiss in the package.

I actually thought of the candy corn pumpkin at first (still cute) but the colors looked better with the kiss.
